Our cider is fermented using the wild yeasts that are naturally present in pressed juice. We only use 100% pressed apple juice, and you can taste that we'd never add water or juice to lower the ABV when bottling.
After selling out of our first two batches in 2019, we've made a fair bit more for this year. Sticking with the popular blend of Dabinett and Sweet Coppin that went down well last year, and introducing a delicious single variety Yarlington Mill.
